I have noticed that so many applicant got there citizenship approved within 2-3weeks which seems pretty much impossible especially that nearly all of them are newly registered on this site. Why would anyone register here a month after their application has been sent just to inform others how quickly they got approval. I hope they are not just trolls.
you are right, may be some people playing here with different ids, seems suspicious to me too.
Oh this is perfect. Getting closer to my application date of 16th Feb. Hoping for a quick turnaround!mani2013 wrote:UPDATE: Not able to edit original post!!!

Thats great. Hopefully u are receiving the big news in few days. I applied 4 days b4 urs and still waiting. Hope they make a decision for my application soon as well.bv1 wrote:Dear friends- I submitted my application on 11 July 2014 received by HO on 14th July. However after a 6 month time I hadn't received response on my application, following that I wrote a letter to HO regarding the status on my application but never received response back. Therefore in Jan end I sent a complaint to HO complaint email ID, then I received a letter as many of you might have received asking 3-6 month more time due to scrutiny. However, today I received a response on my complaint saying that HO has made a decision on 20th and granted the application and I should be receiving the letter soon. Therefore I suggest be calm and patient and you will be receiving a similar thing soon.
Sorry for your lost. Since you had your passport with you after the NCS check, did you still have to notify the Home Office that you have to leave on emergency or are you allow to leave freely during the application?Nottsman wrote:If I did not apply through NCS then I would not have been able to leave UK on short notice and attend funeral back home whilst my application was being considered..........the main advantage for me was that all my documents and passports were with me while I was waiting for outcome of application. This becomes even more of an issue if the application takes several months.BeenThruItAll wrote:Alot of people on here pay the extra fee for NCS. But it doesn't necessarily make it faster. I sent my app via post next day special delivery (~£7) and received the approval as fast as anyone else that paid the extra for NCS. I don't see the point of it unless they give you back your original passport and allow you to leave the country during your application? If that's what it allows you to do, then definitely its something you should consider. If not, then use the money you saved sending in the application yourself for a nice meal to celebrate its approval when the time comes.HowILR wrote:Can anyone pls advised me ? I will apply for naturalisation based on 10 years long residency + 1 year Ilr. I have got all documents ready. I have seen the AN form it's so easy. I am not travelling outside uk next 6 months.
Do i need NCS????
Pls i need ur advise.
