ONLY if you hired them after Jan 2021. Before that, only a passport copy is enough as EEA citizens were considered settled. What you have collected is ENOUGH. You are being paranoid for no reason

The stated times to check we're based on feedbacks from other forum members experiences.
There is no one who can guarantee you when to check or when you will get SP as not knowing the inner workings too.

It's from the date of application counting backwards. That is what the last three years mean :?

Dear moderates please urgent help needed

As per previous chats i applied for my ilr on 4 November fid biometric appointment on 8th november 2021

Got an email from home office on 6 december

As below please advice ive applied for my ilr adter getting extension last year 4th October ive done accordingly everything to home office please read

We are considering your application and need further information from you. You have applied for Settlement as a Tier 1 Entrepreneur Migrant. In order to qualify for Settlement as a Tier 1 Entrepreneur Migrant you are required to have lived in the UK for a continuous period of 5 years.

At the time of applying for Settlement on 04 November 2021 you had only held leave as a Tier 1 Entrepreneur Migrant for 4 years, 8 months and 3 days, as your first granted leave started on 01 March 2017. Therefore you currently do not meet the requirements for Settlement.

Please can you confirm why you have submitted your Settlement application early and whether there are any serious or mitigating circumstances related to your application.

Please provide the above information within 10 working days of the date of this request.

I have not applied for settlement on 5 year basis. My application is SET-O ILR Accelerated Route on the basis of 3 years in which more than 10 full time employees were working. I am fulfilling all the requirements of Set-O Accelerated Route and all my absences and time periods are as per rules and regulations of the Home Office. Please consider my application of settlement on the basis of 3 year Tier 1 entrepreneur accelerated route instead of 5 year settlement, all documents were submitted accordingly, if you need further information please do not hesitate to contact me thank you.

Kind regards,

You can apply for the accelerated route anytime. You must satisfy the 10 job creation during the last period of stay which means you must have maintained 10 jobs AFTER extension was granted

Your application will be treated as Withdrawn if you travel while it is still in process.

So, yes, you can travel. But you will have to restart with a new application before your current visa expires in October 2022.

I cannot comment on this. If you replied to the email, then they will consider your application. You should not plan any travels unless you have a BRP
