To add a little salt to injury i was gonna cancel my sons application on the 16th of September but fortunately it got accepted the day after on the 17th. 👍

Awesome news. Like I said you can apply for his citizenship as you've done, but he wasn't born British based on circumstances around place of birth.

Glad you didn't cancel.
No sin in failing, you just have to try and try again!
