I see most of you have received the registration certificate the same day as approval letter which is not the case for me. Is there a way I can follow up and expedite. I did call them up and they mentioned to wait for 2 weeks. Please can anyone help?

....I am so depressed because it has been nearly 3 weeks now and no 2nd child certificate from them. I sent them a letter this week to ask them about the certificate no response, i am just frustrated.

Called them up and they mention that they have raised the issue. This is the typical response I have received in the last 3 days. Is there any other way round. I could wait longer but have already booked in for the passport.

Hi Fab , Did you call or write them an email. Its really frustrating honestly. I did call them up and it seems they just dont care. I have booked in a passport appointment and seems nothing is going as per plan.
