yes i submit the skype call evidence but i used idiot-phone all the time so i copied from idiot-phone and i only submit the NADRA nikah nama attested from ministry of foreign affair.

1)Why have you come to UK?
2)Who are you going to settle with?
3)Husband/wife's name, Date of Birth and Job Title
4)How long have you been married
5)Address in the UK
6)First time in the UK?
7)Husband/wife waiting outside
8)Husband/wife travelling with you?
9)When did you first meet?
10)Was the marriage arranged or love?
11)What was your relationship before marriage?
12)How long do you intend to stay in the UK?
13)When did you get married (Month, year)?
14)Have you been to UK before?

Wht r u suppose to say to question 12??

Ohh Hello aakamir: I send you PM as well and waiting for reply. My appeal documents reached to Tribunal on 17th August. I would like to ask how long it takes for a person to receive acknowldgment letter? Does the time varies person to person? I got only one Objection on 25th July a week after you as you know. One of the guy in INDIA got his decision overturned in five weeks from the day he submit his appeal? Pretty quick..isn't it? I think it is specifically for Pakistani people they delay visa time and make appeal lengthy? Anyway, just hope to get decision overturn soon.
@ss27: Many congratulation to you, finally you got it after long wait. I am really happy for you. How long it took for appeal? Could you please let us know your time line. Thanks.

A1 test certificate
Degrees (Bachelor, Master ) attested from higher education commision
her passport
copy of her NADRA ID card
letter form parents
tittle registry (can get from land registry website)
council tax bill
fuel bills
BT bills (last three months
letter from employer mentioned hours and salary package
6 months payslips
p60 for last 3 years
last 7 months bank statement )latest statement shouldnt be old more than 28 days) account balance showing 1500 -2800
Mobile bills last 3 months(GT Mobile)Calling history +calling cards
My mobile 3 bill highlighting her number last 3 months
and last 3 months mobile bill (before got married ) prof that we been in touch before wedding as well
Nikah Nama (English, Urdu) attested by the Council and NADRA
Wedding Pics, wedding cards (she didnt sent greeting cards) but you should do it
Copy of my passport (wasnt attested) its better to get attested from solicitor also didnt send full copy of passport ( you do it for the safer side) especially the page where entry clearance stamps shows

original birth certificate

thats it and lots of love

Just wanted to find out, what is the general appeal procedure? Just in case.. I know I should think positive Inshallah! But just to be prepared

as you only get 28 days to appeal..

It would be helpful if someone could explain how to go about lodging an appeal, where and how etc.

Btw I am still waiting, please all pray for my hubby's visa.
