Here's the date (application received/payment deducted date) vs reference number tally so far :
18 Dec - 2417xx
17 Dec - 2419xx
24 Dec - 2433xx
31 Dec - 2437xx
2 Jan - 244xx
Anyone else contributing reference numbers to make it more meaningful ?

Small Clarification
18 Dec number should be greater than 17 Dec.. But the above figure has the conflict.
my Ref Number is 2008**
Date 20-Dec-2007

Updated List
17 Dec - 2417xx
17 Dec - 2418xx -Ashok5
17 Dec - 2419xx
24 Dec - 2433xx
31 Dec - 2437xx
2 Jan - 244xx
TSP : I did notice the anomaly but I was maintaining it since SKUK reported to have the payment deducted on 18th Dec. However , I have corrected it to keep tracking simple. Moreover, I found Ashok5 reporting his details in another thread and it makes a nice sequence for 17th.
Leaving out your ref number as it doesn't help the sequential analysis

Looks like Chandra is the first one to get a decision in the 17 and post 17 dec category. I called the HO today but they refused to divulge anything, saying it's still within their timelines

17 Dec - 2417xx (Monday) SKUK - In Country Approval
17 Dec - 2418xx -(Monday)Ashok5
17 Dec - 2419xx (Monday) chandra28 - Out of country- not sure yet
24 Dec - 2433xx (Monday) Ranjanx
31 Dec - 2437xx (Monday) Touchsensor
2 Jan - 244xx (Wednesday)NvNv -
There seem to have a pattern in the numbers looking at the dates and the mid 2 digits....
SKUK, are you a in country applicant or an out of country applicant? If in country, are you on working for a British company or Indian company? My only guess is that the verification of document will be longer for NON-UK employers.
Just my 2 cents worth

19/20 Dec - 2426xx

There seem to be updates on the Poll....1 approval and 1 rejection. Could the person who updated let us know their timeline please?
It will be extremely useful.

Fellow Members,
Gives me great pleasure to inform you all that my application has been approved. Once again here are my timelines:
Mine is in-country application
Sent to HO by RoyalMail special Delivery: 15th Dec
Reached HO: 17th Dec (tracked using RoyalMail website)
Payment deducted: 18th Dec (Called the Credit Card customer service and found this out)
Got Ref Number by Phone: 20th Dec
Decision: APPROVED. Approval letter received today 10th Jan by Royal Mail recorded delivery with all the original documents. Approval date mentioned in the letter is 9th Jan.
Thanks to this forum, I could it make it without any consultant's help. To tell you the fact, I had almost entered into an agreement with a consultant charging 700 Pounds but bumped into this board just then and abandoned the idea. It has paid off. Thanks to you all once again and wish everyone the best of luck. I plan to apply for FLR in March.
