Looks like they are very busy with so many applications, that we will need to wait longer to receive an decision.
Please let me know when your Husband receive any news and I will do the same.
( I have 15 years living in UK and I have permanent resident)
I hope your husband and me don’t have to wait much longer.

I am an Eu living in the UK for the past year. I submitted my application around 23rd September, and I got my decision on the 8th of october. They are taking more than 5 days to reply, they have got so many applications to study.
I hope this will help you.
Good luck!

Pls is there a no I can call to know the status of my application?

My FP expires soon, should I be worried.

I am waiting since 24/04/2019, got my COA 14/06/2019.
I have been calling them on the:
EU Settlement Resolution Centre
Telephone: 0300 123 7379
Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), 8am to 8pm
Saturday and Sunday, 9:30am to 4:30pm
but they just tell me the usual:
your application is being processed and we will notify you if we need anything from you or when we decide your application.
You qualify for PR and Settled StatusAlpha1384 wrote: ↑Sun Nov 03, 2019 11:30 pmJust out of curiosity, will the scenario below qualify for settled status?
Non EU family member
Married 2012
RC granted 2016 after a long battle with the HO.
Pre settled status granted June 2019
Since I’ve been married since 2012 and been living with my EU wife all this time (7 years) don’t I qualify for settled status although I’ve not fully covered 5 years on the RC?
Thanks

I heard somewhere that for non-eu family members, eligibility begins from when you are issued with the RC?daddyzico wrote: ↑Mon Nov 04, 2019 11:29 amYou qualify for PR and Settled StatusAlpha1384 wrote: ↑Sun Nov 03, 2019 11:30 pmJust out of curiosity, will the scenario below qualify for settled status?
