Instructions? Don't really understand what you mean by that and please explain. Also, LTR letter won;t help me? why so? i guess it should be ok, but you would only be getting your stamp till january 2014, as it is 5 years from the date of the letter.
the problem may be that the section would send instructions to GNIB at the same time as you get your letter. so it's possible that GNIB may not locate their instructions that would have been sent to them 10 montsh ago... (or they may not want to go and look for them).
and i hope your are still in permission as if you are not, even LTR letter won't help you...
It used to be about 3 months average . However According to Heinrich, he's took about 4 weeks. So Hopefully it is moving faster now.
