I have the same concern.vsumanam wrote: ↑Wed Jun 13, 2018 3:18 pmI’ve been offered a role with 55k+ salary and have not received an offer letter yet.
I was told that my new employer will file for a COS in June and once it is approved, will get the formal offer letter and the steps for visa etc.
What really worries me is whether my name was filed in June list or not.
What are the probable chances for me to score points and get a confirmation if my cos was fielded in June?
Unfortunately the employer has total control over that process - To protect yourself, I wouldn't even consider a job offer is there until they have given you the Certificate of Sponsorship number for you to file your visa applicationrs_ldn wrote: ↑Wed Jun 13, 2018 3:21 pmI have the same concern.vsumanam wrote: ↑Wed Jun 13, 2018 3:18 pmI’ve been offered a role with 55k+ salary and have not received an offer letter yet.

I am sure it is Non SOL.I don't know the SOC code. It is programmers and developers I think. not lead engineer or something. it is RLMT 20 + salary 40kkrithi1984 wrote: ↑Wed Jun 13, 2018 4:11 pmCan You please let us tell me what job role it is and Shortage or Non Shortage and SOC Code

This means that the Home Office is going to request more information from your employer regarding the CoS. In all probability, it will not be considered in this month’s window. Your application will be considered next month now.
