The approval letter (dated 5th Jan, in brown envelope from UKBA) and invitation for ceremony (dated 10th Jan, in white envelope from my local council) arrived on the same day. I'm not sure if this always happens, since one is from UKBA and the other is from the local council.

I applied under the 10 Long Residence as well.

Nobody knows how the UKBA works. All we can do is forget about it and chill. It certainly helped me get through my days much better
