IHS after allowed Appeal

My understanding is that it's within 14 calendar days of the Court decision.

Hopefully the fact that a HO representative failed to attend the hearing is a positive sign.

Our appeal was allowed on 10/5/2017 and there was onwards appeal by home office (I have confirmed this with tribunal).

Normally how much time it take to receive the
call letter?

My Mother's Appeal was allowed in May and We have just received an email to submit the passport for Visa.

Copy from Email

"The Entry Clearance Manager has reviewed the Immigration Judge’s appeal determination and you are requested to submit your passport to the Visa Application Centre at which your application was originally lodged.

Please include a copy of your sponsor's leave to remain in the UK and your TB certificate."

But, it didn't mentioned anything about the health surcharge. Should we just deposit the Passport and TB Certificate and wait for email about health surcharge or should be we deposit IHS before submitting the passport?

Hiya.
Basically your mom has won the appeal on the 10/05/2017 and you received the invitation email on 21/09/2017? Wow, that's more than 4 months after the appeal was allowed .
My appeal was won on 5/06/2017 and I yet to receive this damn invitation email.

Has your mom received the passport back with the visa yet?

Yes, yesterday we received the passport back.

Time lines:
10 May Appeal allowed
21 Sep Invitation to submit passport (Submitted on 22/9)
26/9 Email to make IHS payment
28/9 Email to collect passport
3/10 passport with visa stamp collected

Hi Son.
This IHS charge I don't really get it. In the refusal letter, the last paragraphs, which are boldy highlighted, it clearly says that the IHS payment will be retained if you appeal and it will be retained again if your appeal overturn the EO decision. Why then, they request this payment to be made again?

I did made some enquires online and through phone calls, and I got an email from the British embassy in Warsaw (which deals with Visa applications in Europe) and in that email it says '' we put forward your inquiry to the IHS team in Sheffield. Please expect a reply shortly''.
This email was sent on 19/10/2017.
Why would they contact the IHS team when I yet to receive the call letter first to resubmit the passport?
I really don't get what's going on.

Hi Vini,

We received call letter in email first then an email to make IHS payment online.

Once we made the IHS payment we received stamp passport after 2 days.

Hi Son.
Did you tried to contact anyone while you were waiting after the appeal was allowed or you just waited out? I've been trying to contact a lot by different numbers and emails, but no response yet to resubmit my passport.
Did the home office wrote to you after the appeal was allowed, acknowledging the decision and giving a case ID number in that letter?
