Yes you can, but they have to assess your request before that, they send you a word file to fill it.
As I know they want to see :
1-Your last two years in profit and your dividends/profit are more than £10,500 (HO fees).
2-Your have a good turnover, otherwise they refuse your request.
3-You do not have any visa refusal.
4-You have all your FPS in XML files
5-Your qualifications are connected with your business, otherwise they refuse your request.
6-You use a solicitor, they do not accept your application without a solicitor.
7-You have all employees' contracts.
All their requirements are outside the immigration rules.
I applied already but they refused my request because my company was in loss.

All requirements are in their word file, but the assessment I stated is my understanding and what I got from them by the solicitor.
