I applied for an unmarried partner to EU citizen and I got refuse from home office base on not submitting enough evidence and I challenge them through the judiciary review and permission was granted and my hearing should be on 2/11/2018 but my solicitor told me 2 weeks ago that my hearing is now on hold.but my question now is that am now married and I already got my resident card base on my marriage.
What will now happen to my judiciary review now after been granted base on my marriage because home office they haven't said anything yet about that?

When was the application for residence based on Unmarried Partners made?
When was the refusal?
When did you get married?
When did you make an application based on marriage?
When was the Residence card issued?
If you can highlight these clearly then you could get an appropriate response.
I have read the entire thread however, there seem to be some of OP post that have been duplicated and the dates aren't clear on the thread hence I requested for clarity.CR001 wrote: ↑Fri Oct 05, 2018 2:32 pmHave you read the whole topic from page one??? I believe it would be granted at the review but since you already have a residence card there would not be a need to be issued any other residency document.Gosiakay wrote: ↑Fri Oct 05, 2018 3:35 pmI made my unmarried partner application on 4/10/2017 and I got refused on 12 /12/2017 without the right of appeal and I challenge them through the judiciary review on February 2018 and permission was granted may 2018.
Got married may 2018 and I submitted my marriage application on August 2018 and resident card received on September 2018.
My hearing from the court suppose to be November 2nd 2018 before it is on hold.
