Permanent Residence retained right of residency. one of my residence card expired 2014 and due to missing documentation applied for 2nd residence permit. it was issued in 2015 and divorce in 2017 waited until 2019 to complete the 5 years employment and i applied for PR in 12.06.2019
i didnt apply for ROR but straight for PR.

it has been nearly 5 months and i have heard nothing from home office. my solicitor said that since i had to much document with the application therefore he had to send it in a box and for that reason it was misplaced in HO but 12 days ago he emailed me saying my file has been allocated and i will get a biometric letter in 10 days. but 10 days gonne nothing happened yet and even the money has not been taken from my account.

i am very worried since most of the PR cases have been dealt with much quicker. i would be highly appreciative if you could give me some advice. the only thing i can track is the recorded delivery which has been recieved by home office liverpool.

i have been constantly contacting my solicitor and he doesnt answer but when i get hold of him he says he will chase it up.

Applied for Biometric residency card on August 28, 2019 as EU spouse. Received the letter of application on September 13. On November 22 received an email from the home office officer with the request of spouse proof of employment. On November 28 I received my biometric residency card. Passport and all supporting documents are on the way, I assume. 3 months processing time, not bad. But we have been married for 5 years and we’ve lived abroad together
