Hey, I’m in the exact same position although I haven’t contacted UKVI yet.

My husband paid for priority in India on the 11th and documents were scanned at vfs on the 12th of April but I haven’t received any emails from UKVI.

Where did you pay for priority?

I suppose some people don’t receive email confirmations

My biometric was on the 04th of April in New Delhi . Yeah , I think few applicants just don’t receive such email . Let’s hope for the best .

Does getting VAF number mean anything? The non straightforward email and ECO consideration email i’ve received have a VAF number.
