A general answer they did not even specify you in the reply.
Obviously it's all copy and paste. :(

Yeah and we wouldn't send emails if they finally released the Tara Bot for checking application status.

It's been under development and "we'll be available" soon since October I think. I work in tech. It doesn't take that long trust me

Got this this morning:

Thank you for your email.

Your application for naturalisation is currently being processed with a
view to establishing whether you meet the statutory conditions for the
granting of naturalisation and will be submitted to the Minister for
decision when processing is complete.

The Division, like everyone in the State, has been impacted by the
restrictions imposed by the COVID-19 healthcare crisis. The restrictions
imposed have resulted in all Citizenship staff working remotely with
minimal access to the Office. Obviously these restrictions are outside of
the control of the division and have resulted in significant delays in
dealing with correspondence received in the Office and have had a negative
impact on processing times for all applications as the Division adjusts to
working in the current environment. The processing of the applications is
further impacted by the ability of Citizenship to contact other bodies,
many of whom will be negatively impacted by COVID-19.

I can confirm that the Division has engaged in concentrated effort to
process and complete all cases that remain outstanding for a considerable
period of time. Please be assured that we will revert immediately once a
decision has been reached on the application. Your patience in this matter
is appreciated.

Regarding your children's application, due to the restrictions imposed by
the COVID-19 Pandemic and the attendant requirement to comply with public
health guidelines, unprecedented delays are being experienced in the
issuing of acknowledgment receipts and the processing and return of
documentation. The vast bulk of Citizenship staff are remote working and
the verification of passports cannot be performed remotely due to data
protection concerns. During this period the focus of Citizenship is on the
general processing of applications. New applications are being dealt with
but at a much reduced level. Your continued patience in this matter is
appreciated.

I have just received a reply that my application is being prepared to be submitted to the minister and the outcome will be sent to me as expeditiously as possible.
This is when I had asked if my application has already been submitted to the minister or not?
Do you think I might be in the next lot?

I think it is a copy past, I followed some posts here and found that each team has a specific answer that copy it as a reply to email, I am curious if these emails we send are of help and if we need to write it at all.May be they open the email and if they did not find something genuine then they hit the reply button and copy their specific page , I think feel there is a liability to answer each email, otherwise they may ignore it.What I am trying to say from the hundreds of the emails they get they try to search for emails that realy needs a help.

I knew a solicitor (or may be immigration consultant) , he was ex immigration officer and also worked in Naturalization office.

As per his update : The people in their office are useless or don't even bother to work much , files are kept on desk for ages, no update are put in systems at all !

As per him most of the people working in the office are known or relative to existing or ex TDs or ministers and have no qualification to do the job and its simple if you go to any countries most of their Key departments i.e. Immigration, Naturalisation , Security etc.. are located in the capital or financial capital of that country But he mentioned just think why naturalization is in a small town tipperarry ? even the building is own by a ex TD so its all down incompetent people in the offices and those who've recruited them .
I am also working remotely and many others and i don't see their company are crying that we busy etc....

According to the man who've once in the office in tipperarry that the max one person work there is max max is 1 hour a day !! unless there is some sort of pressure

So good luck to all !
