You can call them (Chennai BHC) on 044-42192308 / 42192310 between 8.30 to 11.30 on weekdays...

How do you confirmed your verification has done ?

I asked the BHC person that whats the current status and also about integra verification... she confirmed that they have received the integra report....

Hi All,

INTEGRA in my case:

A lady had called my HR claiming that shes calling from BHC(dint mention INTEGRA),spoke to him and asked about my details
1:Date of joining
2:Last drawn salary
3:Immediate reporting manager and his extn num
4:DOB
5:Designation
Then she asked my HR to transfer the call onto my extn
Luckily i was at my desk(came back after a short-tea break )
She asked me the same stuff again
Not sure if this process is generic to all,still thought to post it

VFS: Bangalore
BHC: Chennai (received my applcn on 24thJan08)
Integra: 31stJan(9th working day)
Final: Waiting

Hi,

I have quit the job already and today is my last working day. :shock:
And my EC is still not done.. I hoped it would be done within 14 Working days.

Not sure how long it would take to get . . .
By seeing other posts i feel it will only be done by 10th Feb. :roll:

i have called up BHC chennai today and came to know that my integra check is done and decision is not yet taken...she said that december applications are being processed now and she asked me to call on feb 15th...

Today I enquired with BHC they said the still Verification pending,The minimum time they require is 15-18 working days.

EC subimission: Jan -08
Location : Hyderabad
Verification : Not done..

Don't know when they will issue the EC.

I had booked the hotel from 15 Feb, Now I am planning to cancel the booking and redo the booking for another date.

Any sugestion

apachegmf,

What u can do is wait till last day of "no fee for cancellation", I think that shud be a week before ur date of check-in, and then cancel if decission has not been taken. And also keep one thing in mind that, I think, u will have to inform the same to the BHC also, I mean about the new hotel booking details.

How do I intimate BHC about my new HOTEL BOOKING....
I mean is there any specific format....or just an email will do...?????

Hi Prashanth,

I really dont know whether it is very much required to inform them or not. But since we provide the hotel details to the BHC (in application) and also the proof of reservation I am thinking that any change in that should be communicated to the BHC with the new reservation proof.

Anyone experienced the same? please comment...

Its not necessary to inform BHC abt the modifications to hotel bookings. Its not serious enough...

Hi Guys,

how did you guys come to know whether BHC has received the integra report or not?

I called the VFS number and they could just tell that the passport is with BHC.

Then I called BHC at (44 4219 2308) and the lady on the phone told that she wouldnt be able to tell if they have received the integra report. All that she told was it will take one calendar month for the processing.

I guess I am the senior most applicant in January thread. its been more than a month and so far no replies from BHC. Integra has sent a mail to HR regarding confirmation.

I got a question. I made hotel reservation starting from FEB 15 2008.
Considering the current timelines, i need to cancel it. What if I cancel it and send a mail to BHC stating that i will plan once the results are out??

They are displaying unacceptable behaviour. They have to atleast commit to a maximum period for issuing visa.

Saying "Apply for a visa with all original docs and we will issue the visa when we feel like issuing it it" is unacceptable.

Yesterday I have sent a mail to BHC chennai.
Today i have got this reply.
Dear Mr Siva Sankar,

Please be informed that you have been granted the necessary entry clearance. The passport will be despatched tomorrow 06/02/08. Please contact VFS later in the week for details on retrieval of your passport.

Yours truly,

But my online status has not changed yet.
