My spouse and child visa is valid till July 2025 as per the decision email fro home office from my extension stage but the status of the evisa now shows " Status Dependant expired
Expired on 18 May 2025 "

Your permission to be in the UK has expired.

Contact UK Visas and Immigration if you think this is wrong

Can i still submit the ILR application or need to fix this first

The eVisa is irrelevant. However, I have seen people claiming their visas were valid beyond the eVisa date and then noticed they were wrong

Thank you Zimba, so I can go ahead and submit application right , in documents section beside passport , ion they ask for evidence of immigration status in UK, do we need to provide anything ?

I just added th Home office reference number on the application
