Yes I received Home Office bundle before the appeal. I applied for EU settlement last November the same week my administrative review was refused. It wasn’t an issue for me to get the form then.
Yes I did. My appeal was sent to Taylor house while Mubashir’s appeal took place in Birmingham. Check your letter carefully you should have the address if not find out where your appeal will be heard, call the number on your appeal letter and get the address though it all depends on your location.Lagosbos wrote: ↑Wed Jan 27, 2021 9:32 pm@ngoo did you send HO any bundle on your DRF1 appeal and if you did to what address please?Ngoo wrote: ↑Wed Jan 27, 2021 7:13 pmHello,Catalley09 wrote: ↑Wed Jan 27, 2021 6:12 pm@ngoo

Thanks ngoo. I already sent the court my bundle whilst lodging my appeal and that's already linked to my file. Just wondering if I need send a similar to the Home Office?Ngoo wrote: ↑Thu Jan 28, 2021 12:03 amYes I did. My appeal was sent to Taylor house while Mubashir’s appeal took place in Birmingham. If it helps this is the phrase in my letter i'm concerned about "you must send any written evidence and submissions to the tribunal and th respondent not later than 28 days after the respondents bundle is provided, or 42 days after the notice of appeal, whichever is later."Lagosbos wrote: ↑Thu Jan 28, 2021 10:16 amThanks ngoo. So sad they refused. Have you received a refusal decision yet?. Please be focused and don’t give up. At least you will have appeal rights. Give it your best. (Not like mine though).Catalley09 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 26, 2021 11:56 ami have just cheked the view my status on euss (view and prove your status on gov.uk) my application has been REFUSED and was done on the 9th January 2021 and l have had no correspondence from HO, AND BEEN ON THE CALL WITH THEM FOR 2 HOURS and they could not see the refusal or anything and when l explained to them its 17days post decision and even if l have 14 days to reply or 28day to reply then l wont be able to appeal. l am so angry right now and feel like crying coz this is playing with someone's mental health.
I thought you would have to wait until the HO has sent you their bundle so you can defend what is in there with your own written evidence?Ngoo wrote: ↑Thu Jan 28, 2021 11:50 amLagosbos wrote: ↑Thu Jan 28, 2021 11:24 amIf it helps this is the phrase in my letter i'm concerned about "you must send any written evidence and submissions to the tribunal and th respondent not later than 28 days after the respondents bundle is provided, or 42 days after the notice of appeal, whichever is later."Lagosbos wrote: ↑Thu Jan 28, 2021 10:16 amThanks ngoo. UPDATE: I got this response from the Tribunal
Permission is refused
Reasons
(1) The first reason given in the respondent’s decision dated 16/7/20 is that the applicant did not show that her son would be unable to remain in the UK if she left. The applicant’s grounds do not suggest that the respondent was wrong either in taking that as a criterion, or in finding that it was not satisfied. For all the applicant says in her grounds, she fails on this point alone.
(2) The second reason in the decision is that the applicant appears to have reasonable prospects of success in an application on human rights grounds. Judicial review, being the remedy only of last resort, is excluded.
(3) The grounds lack a statement of the facts.
(4) An unidentified and unreported decision of the FtT is not an authority for a legal
argument.
(5) The grounds do not specify either a factual or a legal basis on which the decision
might be found to have strayed beyond law and reason.
Reconsideration
The applicant may apply under rule 30(4) of the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008 for this decision to be reconsidered at a hearing. To apply, the applicant must complete the attached FORM and provide it to the Tribunal so that it is received within 9 days of the date on which this order was sent (as above).
I am doing my best
My best is not good enough
I won’t give up![]()

I have and the next page comes up with
Immigration & Asylum Appeal Fees
Please select one of the following. Your appeal is
against a refusal to grant you protection.
against a decision to revoke your protection status.
against a refusal your human rights claim.
against a decision restricting your rights under the EEA right to free movement.
against a decision depriving you of citizenship.
On the refusal letter it says
You are applying on the basis that you are primary carer of X who is British citizen child.
You have provided satisfactory evidence of above
We are also satisfied that X would be unable to reside in the UK or in another EEA state if you were required to leave for an indefinite period.
But the have refused as 1st make an application under immigration rules

It’s ok . Thank you @lulubaby . I am a bit disheartened as everyone I have spoken to including a solicitor said it’s pointless to appeal as I already have leave under appendix fm which I didn’t apply for but the home office decided to grant me at the appeal stage of my asylum application as my child had just turned 7 . I am going to try regardless.LULUBABY wrote: ↑Fri Jan 29, 2021 8:09 amSo sorry for the late reply. I would have given you that one posted by Snooky on the forum.
