Post by flamenco » Wed Jan 17, 2007 6:53 am

Dear All,

Do I have to send all the original documents along with the review form or should I just fax the review form to H.O without any supporting documents? Please advise as I have to submitt my review request today.

Thanks...

you need to just fax the review letter. No need to send the documents again. However you can attach an explaination as to why you want a review done

hi nakvis,

you made the application on 9th and decision taken on 16th. So, ignoring the saturday and sunday, it took them only 1 week. That is fast.

Good luck with the decision.

Hi,

Mine is a In-Country application.

I did not arrange for any courier pickup.

I sent my review request by Special Delivery Post.

Hope these clarifies.

Let me know if you have any more queries.

Hi,

Yes, the had been telling me the same. Yesterday evening at 16:00 also I was told the same.

Today there was a reply to my email sent on 16th saying that decision has been made. So then I called them for Delivery number.

Thanks

Review Reuest procedure

Post by nnj10 » Mon Jan 22, 2007 5:12 am

Hi All,

Pls. let me know, for the review application what is the procedure.
If I send the review request just BY FAX, is it acceptable.
In addition to the review request form, I want to send additional sheet explaining the reason of rejection was wrong, can I do this?

Thanks,
NNJ10

NNJ10,
You can just fax the review. You can also attach an explaination with it. Make sure that you send the review document and the attachment in one go.

Thanks
Deepak

nnj10,

I suggest post it with very detailed explanation of why you think the decision is wrong according to the guidance.

ND.

Hi,

I am B.E. from M.S.U. Baroda.
Ironically, mine is a 5-Star AICTE accredited university, and still HO does think that the level of English is below IELTS Band 6.

Hi,

Can anyone please confirm me, the HSMP Review Request form, which I downloaded from the http://www.workingintheuk.gov.uk, website is not-editable, I am not able to key-in in any of the fields.

I would appreciate, if any review applicant, please send it to this mail ID:
nnj10@yahoo.com

Thank You,
NNJ10

Shockboy,

In the last row, they asked to "Print Name", which I am unable to do, as it is cannot be edited.

Thanks,

yeh, i think the whole idea is that you print the blank form on a printer, and enter all the fields by hand with a pen with your best IELTS6 handwriting :)

"print name" just means write it in easy to read characters (i.e. not signature). Could be typed or written by hand.

fax it
