I have the below queries,regarding applying for settlement after 3 years.

1. Does the main applicant(would be got BC that time) still need to be in a job?
2. Do we still need to provide the income proof from employer for the main applicant?
3. Can we just provide evidence for maintenance fund even if the main applicant is not in a job that time?
4. If main applicant is not in a job that time, can we show my income (Partner) as an evidence for finances?
