Thanks manci for reply. Salary is above the experienced person pay as per SOC CODE and mention in employer letter

certify in writing that:
.......... in the case of a Tier 2 (General) Migrant applying for settlement, the applicant is paid at or above the appropriate rate for the job as stated in the Codes of Practice........

this is what needs certifying


but only missing number of hours in the letter. It does say I am full time permanent employee and gross salary per annum. I's that ok ? It covers all the Claus asked in guidance.
Just want to make sure with you.

Hi manci and other board members
I am very pleased to inform you all that my application for ILR has been successful today.
I would like to say thank you to mansi who helps me lot and answered my all questions during my file preparation.
I am also very thankful to moderator and founders of this board who gave us such a nice platform to helps others in immigration matters.
It was very straight foreword I submitted my file at 1 pm and got approval letter about 3.45 pm. They didn't ask me any question.
