They haven't included a few countries, e.g. Australia, in this listing.
As far as I know, citizens of Latvia and Lithuania do lose their citizenship upon acquisition of another.
And also as far as I know, Belgium, Finland, Mauritius, Poland, Portugal, Romania and Thailand all allow for dual citizenship.
There are also specific exceptions - eg some countries make different rules for naturalised citizens, others (such as Belgium and France) disallow dual citizenship with certain countries, and so on.
