Can some one please advise / suggest after filling FLR fp is there any chance to get th he working right back? any possibility?

It is not possible to get immediate work right but if you choose super priority service for you and your family you will get the decission very quickly. As you mentioned your daughter is in UK since november 2009 and she is qualified child under paragraph 276ADE of the immigration rules. You will likely to get a positive decission.

My second child born in uk and in Oct 2014.my elder one was born in back home and came as an infant in 2009 nov.

A complex application such as FLR(FP) won't be processed 'quickly' under the Super Priority service.
