Children do not sign. Parent(s) sign on their behalf only.

This is a FAMILY consent form. Sign in perspective of each applicant individually. The consent form clearly tells when/who has to sign.
For yourself, if you are relying on joint accounts with someone else, he has to sign part 2 for you and vice versa.

I have scheduled a biometric appointment , question is along with appointment confirmation letter, original passports, original BRP card, do I need to take whole bunch of uploaded documents(consent letter, business documents, employees, cohabitation documents etc) in printed format with me at appointment?

Please shed some light?

No. Self-submit your documents before appointment.

I have self-submitted and uploaded all of my documents and also received a confirmation email stating that every uploaded document is in correct category because I have purchased the document checking option.

Now question is do I still need to take in hard form all of these documents that has already been self-uploaded with me in the biometric appointment as well?

No. Just take the originals like passport, BRP, LIUK, English Test etc, no need to print soft copies. Take in a USB. Nothing will be checked except passport and appointment confirmation.
