While searching I have found this information and it might be helpful for other individuals.

After winning appeal case, the determination can take up to 4 week to reach visa section and further 8 weeks for the ruling to be processed.

You can only contact Home Office after 12 weeks from the date court decision was made.

In my case, my decision was made 10 feb and i 12th week will complete on 5th may.

I have received declaration form from home office which i need to sign and send them back.

They have granted me limited leave to remain and said that I have been granted under FM human rights under 10 year route.

They have also sent all my documents and passports to my solicitor.

There are following conditions applied on my leave.

- permitted to work
- No recourse to public funds.
- to qualify for settlement I have to prove my continuous 120 months living in UK.

Here are my questions;

- would I be able to switch to spouse visa 5 year route after my first grant of leave if We both meet 16500 combined.
- When will that 120 months will start? Is it from my first leave? Will this condition still apply I get switched to 5 year route?
- 10 year continues living in the UK. I need some help understanding this condition please.
- I have already provided them pictures few months ago and my biometric were done when I landed in this country. Will I be asked again for biometrics or not?

Thankyou

1. It’s likely they will give you spouse visa
2. They will put you on 10 year route and you can switch to 5 year route once you meet financial requirements
3. I think the time starts from grant date of visa . Other people can confirm this
4. You will get ILR even if you meet all the spouse visa requirements, either 5 or 10 year route . If you get it through 5 year route you will struggle to get British citizenship until at least 2031
Almost same outcome what you said but i have posted few more questions. You were very helpful. Thankyou.
