I am at end of submitting my wife Tier 1 Entrepreneur Dependent Partner extension application. Could you please look at generated document checklist which seems very minimum or may be i have filled wrong form:

Mandatory Documents:
These documents are mandatory and you must
provide them as part of your application. Tick the
box to agree that you will provide each document:
1) The passport or travel document for
Mrs _________.
2) The biometric residence permit for Mrs________.

Other documents:
If you do not provide these documents, your
application may be delayed or refused:

1)Documents showing you and your
partner are living together (for example
a utility bill, council tax bill or bank
statement)

My question regarding other documents (cohabition documents) is, does it have to be for current month (asking for current not mentioning over 2 years) or from the start of existing extension till now.

• Bank Statement seperate for wife and husband (because it was not joint account

• Credit card seperate for wife and husband (because it was not joint account

• Council Tax on husband name

• Tenancy Agreement on husband name

• Broadband utility bill - joint name

• Employer payslips, p60, smp and maternity allowance letters seperate for wife and husband

• Provisional DVLA license card seperate for wife and husband

• Gp letter for wife (cost price) and GP Summary for husband (free of cost, shows address and name)

• Electoral Services Letters mentioning registered for voting since 2018 for wife and husband (free of cost)

• Husband British Passport and Naturalisation Certificate and Overseas Passport.

Note: All above cohabition documents were shown since her extension approval back in October 2019 till date with gap of 2-3 months with every statement, payslips and letters for husband and wife.

Timeline:
Applied online: 16/08/2022 (Tier 1 PBS Family/Partner - you can apply anytime before expiry, no 28 days limit)
Fees Paid: £1292 on same date
IHS paid: customise 3 years £1872
Documents Uploaded To Sopra: 04-09-2022
Appointment Attended with Sopra: 06-09-2022
Visa approved by letter in post received:16-09-2022 (date on letter 12-09-2022)

Hi everyone,

I have not received my wife BRP yet and visa was approved on 12-September-2022.

I filled a form on gov.uk website for BRP not received and they have replied me from enquiries@biometric-residence-permit.homeoffice.gov.uk.

And mentioning as follows in email:

"You have reported that your BRP hasn't arrived

We are currently experiencing very high volumes of requests

It is taking significantly longer than usual to resolve requests and it may take up to 40 working days to respond. We are working hard to reduce these waiting times.

If your BRP has been successfully delivered to the address you provided in your application we will not respond to your enquiry. If you have your TNT consignment reference you can track your package here: https://delivery.tnt.com/tracking, alternatively you can call TNT on 0345 608 0630.

If you have changed address since making your application and did not inform us you will need to make contact with your previous address to obtain your BRP, or you will need to report it lost and apply for a replacement BRP here: https://www.gov.uk/biometric-residence- ... en-damaged.

If you have an issue with multiple BRPs, for example your spouse's BRP or your child's BRP, then you must report the issues with each BRP separately at www.gov.uk/brp"

I called the above provided TNT number and they don't have anything for my address and BRP office has not provided any consignment number or reference number to track with TNT.

Is there anyone experiencing same issue with BRP not arrived yet?

I (Main applicant) did not have interview throughout Entrepreneur initial, extension and ILR.
