Thank you everyone. This forum is very helpful.

In TFORM list of documents it is required to send most recent HM revenue & custom self assessment statements of account or PAYE.

But I am apply for child who born in UK and lived 10 years here.

What shall I do?

Don't think you need to do anything. Caseworkers will know it's an application for a child.

Covering letter is not mandatory. You can if you feel so.

Thank you so much for your response.

From Gp I have got patient summary records, and it says every single thing from the day my daughter was born in which hospital, and all the GP’s immiunisations, appointments she had till now. Will that be enough or I still need doctor’s letter?

What do you mean by "doctor's letter"? What is it that you are trying to prove with it?

In list of documents it says I have to provide letter from Doctor, that child is registered with GP.

I mean will the summary record be ok? Or do I need a specific kind of letter from recent GP, saying child is registered here?

Ask the surgery for a confirmation letter that your child is registered there.

Thank you everyone for the answers and your precious time.

I got decision from Home Office and my extension is approved yesterday, my daughter also got her visa approved on 10 years. And we got visa till July 2026.

But I have applied for my daughter application already, and on 20th Feb is her biometric for nationality application.

Can she travel during this time out of country she got visa till July 2026?

Thank you

Bit confused once her nationality application approved and during that time if we are abroad, as we are planning to travel in April, will the biometric card will become invalid?

And she will have difficulty entering UK? Bcz biometric card will be invalid the day her nationality application will be approved?

It dies not become invalidated as such. In this instance, what iys needed for is for the airline/carrier personnel to sight And allow her to board.
At the UK border you explain situation to IO, shouldn't be a problem.

Say N/A and explain in cover letter. The form covers all bases.
