Thank you for the clarification. I was really confused with CR4.3 and I thought I should wait for further period in CR4.1 d (iii) I spent in India without visa.
I will get back if there are any questions closer to the time when I apply for the visa.

Finally my application for ILR under Set LR has been successful today. Opted for super priority and received decision on the same day. Thank you so much for clarifying all my questions @zimba, @CR001.

1. I logged in using existing UKVI account and the status is updated as “Settled”. Do I have to do anything more? I hope this completes all the process for ILR.

2. My wife and kid are on my Skilled Worker Dependent Visa. Am I right to say that they can continue on current visa and they need not switch. They can also extend the same visa (based on my previous Skilled worker visa before ILR) until they reach 5 years and apply ILR using Set O. One of my colleagues mentioned that they need to change to family visa after my ILR. Hence I’m confused.

1. Settled means you have ILR
2. Your colleague is wrong. They can stay under the same route and apply for ILR under the same route as dependants, when the time comes

Thanks Zimba. So my wife and kid can continue to stay on their current skilled worker dependent visa, extend the same until they reach 5 years and apply ILR through SET O. Is the same applicable even after I get citizenship in 1 year? Just to remind I was in skilled worker visa and got ILR in 10 years (long residence) route by accumulating previous visas before skilled worker visa.

Yes. Also, you becoming a citizen changes nothing for them.
