I'm still waiting to find out if her grandmother was Spanish. I think she said her dad is investiating that situation.
You're going to be living in whatever country you choose for a good 6 months plus so i'd pick a country that you want to be in instead of whichever one claims to process the paperwork the quickest.

Grandmother won't do - has to be Mother or Father.

Why not live in Cuba for a bit?

I guess I could live in Cuba for a bit but i would need to get a job to support myself. Will living in Cuba help my situation in anyway? I mean she asked me to come and stay there and maybe live there forever but I know we will both live a better life in Europe especially in my country of birth England.

I don't think going there to live for 3 years is an option. I think it would be better if we could settle together in an English speaking eu country like roi, then I will have a good job and can support us both.

Because she is on a 6 month tourist visa, would I be able to take her to Paris for a weekend? What visa does she require and how long does it take?and is it even possible? Thanks

She would need a Schengen or French visa in order to do that. See what her visa says, if it says single entry then no you can't, if it says multiple then yes you can.

Schengen visa, can take up to three months in the peak periods, but I suspect she'd need to apply from Cuba, or country where she is resident check with the embassy though.

just got a few more quick questions......

we cant get married here since she goes back next month and a coa will take too long.

if i marry her in cuba next year is that marriage going to be approved by the uk? or will that only happend once she is 21 or once i get there through surinder singh route.

what if i go cuba to see her and then we both go europe say holland from cuba and get married there??

im just confused about when i should marry her and when i can take her to europe with me.

thankss

The marriage will be recognised yes but you still can't apply for a spouse visa until she's 21.

You'd have to check the rules for getting married in Holland and see what you need to do. Google will help you with that along with the British Embassy in Holland and the Cuban one if there is one there.

You should marry her when you feel you are ready to marry and not because you want to take someone to Europe with you.

if we were to go europe could we just go from here direct before her uk visa runs out? or would she need to go back cuba and then apply for a visa to come to europe( not england)?

is that a shengen visa?
