Hi, that seems to have gone very quickly for you. Did you include a National Insurance number on your application? That may explain why it went so fast. Thanks

Decided to make a post on here to help others who are anxiously waiting their approval status. My timeline has been the following:

Completed paperwork 8/12/2020
Did biometrics appt 5/1/2021
received COA 7/1/2021
Still waiting on approval e-mail and BRP (as of 15/1/2021)

If anyone has received their status since applying around the same time I did please comment! Wondering what the time might be around now.

Hi,

I have no NIN. I guess I was lucky with the caseworker. I'd say my spouse having indefinite leave to remain might've helped as well.

thanks.

1st timer here..

A friend need to have an answer to some question if you have an idea, it will be appreciated.

Non-EU father with an EU Child, submitted a paper application through a Solicitor , biometric done last week Wednesday 20th Jan, No COA till date. It the COA be sent to the Solicitor or to my email directly? Because I read alot here and most people got COA in 2 to 3 days after biometric.

If you got any idea about this, pls share..

Please is anyone to help me about my friend EU Settlement Scheme application. I was helping him of feeling application form online . They did send him email to verify the email. And after we decided to continue with the application and he made a mistake to put wrong phone number so that he can receive a text message with a code . The code has been send to a different number. Please is any chance to let me know how to change the number. Because without it application can’t move forward. Your help will be appreciated.

Silly question, but must ask: did you submit the requested documents again? If so, when?

YES, I submitted everything. I dont know why they asked again.
even i spoke to EU Settlement Resolution Centre in dec. to ask some information they said everything is fine what i submit. But the officer who called me he confused with what is the relation between my mom and my wife. |And asked about documents to submit again becoz he cant find.

My partner and I applied to the EUSS, I'm a Spanish national with Settled Status, she's a Philippine national here on the Fiancé Visa.

We applied and were approved for the Fiancé visa last year, had our Ceremony in the UK in December, and then applied to the EUSS for her to stay with me.

Timeline
Application submitted : 08/12/2020
Biometric given : 07/01/2021
COA ISSUED : 07/01/2021
Status approved : Still waiting
Biometric card received : still waiting

6 weeks since COA and still nothing, I've already tried calling them only to be told application is 'in progress'. Wouldn't say anything else -_-

On their website it states it can take up to a month unless the applicant is Non EU and Home Office was unaware of our relationship previously.

However as they granted our Fiancé Visa they were aware of our relationship, hence they shouldn't be taking so long... Its a simple case.

Wondering if I should issue a formal complaint to Home Office to speed things up...

Have others been receiving their status this Jan/Feb? Doesn't seem like many are.
