Hi Hasaan

Hubby’s Visa refused!!

Stupid and silly reasons given.. marriage doesn’t look sufficient to them, less proof of relationship crap!

I honestly don’t believe them! After a 10 months wait this is the response I get?!😡

I gave birth to our child yesterday.. I actually thought I was going to hear a second good news😭

What do U guys suggest.. new application or appeal??
Before refusal do the ukvi interview you please must answer me

To those awaiting,
I applied in June 17', got the 31st October mail & got visa on 8th Nov, however letter was dated 1st Nov hence decision was indeed made by 31st Oct.

All sorted, I had to wait about less than 5 months (2 months extra), mine wasn't a priority application. Unfortunately i had to wait till end of 60 days to pull available levers and get external help.

I would request all of you to start looking for options and reach out for external help rather than grieving/complaining here. Also request your spouse to continue to live a normal life and not to choke on visa arrival. Best option is to ask your employer to file for the visa(you pay them if necessary) - much better than standing in a general Q.

Best wishes & a very good bye- Patience19

Hey guys.. have recieved an survey email from uk visa office. But not had a decision made on spouse application? This happened to anyone else before? Don’t u get the survey email after a decision????

I did get a survey email from last September.
Nothing happen really after I send my reply to that survey email. Untill now still waiting.😐🤐
But not losing hope🙏🙏🙏🙏
This is so weird. Why would they send survey email without an application being processed.

I clicked on link to fill in survey too. First question asked was if I had a decision made in last 3 months? Answered NO!! After that it said survey is complete. But in the email it said the survey takes 10 mins to complete. Was it the same for u Ace87?

Yes. Same but am don't get any reply after I do need the survey. It's just nothing really. I should put also that they are pretty useless...
But being nice I didn't do it.😂
Wish to get good news am been waiting for 6months now

Application. Spouse non priority
Application submitted. 21 June 2017
Biometrics. 22 June 2017 (Mirpur)
Documents sent to Sheffield. 21 June 2017
Received back 3 weeks later
Employer and Sponsor not contacted
Contact from ukvi. 25/9/17 and 30/1017 generic emails.
Decided to call MP on 30 oct and explained everything she contacted ukvi and 9/11/17 got told application is on final stages could take Upto two weeks. Next day I got a ukvi survey email which is odd cuz usually u get that after decision is made as far as I’m aware.

Message and call and email received on 13 nov 2017 to collect the passport.
Collection made. Not yet
Decision of Application N/A

Wife will collect passport tommorow. Excited n nervous at the same time.
I do recommend u contact ur local mp and ask them to call the ukvi. In my case I got a response within days of her call to ukvi.
Good luck everyone!!!

Hi
Does anyone here receive decisions recently applied from Sri Lanka? I've waiting since July. Is there anyone here receive decision applied in July? I saw posts some of them waiting since last year November and December. This waiting is so painful and stressful. Can't plan anything in our life's. I didn't see my spouse 6 months now. We only can do waiting and hoping for the best. Hope we all get visa soon.

Hi
Congratulations.. Your long waiting is over now. Good luck. Just want to ask you have your application received two times. Have you been in UK before as well. What kind of complicity in your application. Mine also that kind of complicated application. I was in UK as student previously as well.
