Does anyone know why the online tracker is not working anymore please ?It showed
our decision was made on the 7th of August,we received our passport without a decision ,there was no visa or refusal letter but we received an email that a decision has been made ,we escalated on the 18th but have not heard from them ,Sponsor's MP is involved now . The online tracker shows number not recognised ,it used to show DECIDED.
This is very CONFUSING.No visa,no stamp,no refusal letter.We are waiting to hear what ukvi have to say.

The tracker stopped working for me as well. It also stopped working for Mozah a few posts up that also got a decision. I think UKVI must have disabled the tracker for every application made outside the UK.

I've been following this thread now for a while and been trying to read back, but couldn't find any info. Pixel,did you finally get a result on your application?

Can anyone confirm whether they had the same signatory? I am a bit paranoid as this whole application process is very stressful and I want to make sure it will go to the right location.

You should hear soon whether they got them or not. I sent my docs off on 23rd Oct and they sent me an email on 30th saying they received online app and on 31st send my docs back with a letter attached stating they have received them and scanned them in the system and to wait 12 weeks now. I have not had any contact from then after apart from being told decision made on 10/01/18 which I found out only by emailing them.

Don't worry if you don't get an email saying they haven't received your documents. This happened with me as well and they didn't mention the documents. I called them after 2 months and they said they have received the documents. Also I have been told by my solicitor bot to expect an email from them about receiving the documents but I got curios and called anyway to check and it was already there.

For priority applications they aim to give an answer within 30 working days (not guaranteed, I know) and 60 working days for non priority.

My question is when does this start from? Does it start from the day of the online application (spouse Visa) or the day of biometrics, or the day I received an email saying my application is being assessed by an ECO?

My wife is the sponsor
Application submitted: 25/10/2017 (biometrics)
Original Docs returned to lawyer in UK: 8th November 2017
No further updates
On 3rd Dec 2017 I called UKVI and followed up by email and found out that decision was made on 30th November 2017 and they also said that we should get the passport with decision back in 10 working days
We never heard back and then I chased again, turned out that the decision was still not made or they had to make further checks. I waited for full 60 working days and then escalated again.

Totally frustrated and disappointed with UKVI - their contact centre does not have any useful information and you cannot rely on anything they say

FINAL UPDATE:

Visa granted!!! Thanks to Allah and thanks to forum members for all their useful information. Please note: I did not use a solicitor, I did all my research with forums like this. Not once did UKVI contact me, I just waited out, i emailed twice to ask for an update.
Also the “clue in the email” is nonsense. In my email I received the word concluded not even my husbands name or a reference number and the visa was still granted.
Timeline:
Online app: 17/10/17
Biometrics: 23/10/17
Priority / non priority: - non priority
Docs sent to Sheffield: 23/10/17
Docs received at Sheffield: 24/10/17
Docs received back from Sheffield: 31/10/17

I Emailed on 15/01/18 for an update as this was the 12 week and was told a decision is made and to wait.
Emailed again on 19/01/18 was told to wait another 10 days.
On 25/01/18 early morning received email from Gerry’s Islamabad for passport collection.
26/01/18: husband collected passport, visa granted!!!
