Paid fee, uploaded documents via portal. My application seems *stuck* in Draft mode but I'll give it a few days before calling to confirm it all went through because the online system is notoriously buggy.

Second update: After about 12 hours my application moved from Draft to Submitted and I got the automated confirmation email saying it had been accepted and payment received. In case this happens to anyone else (payment successful but application stays in Draft mode) just give it a few hours and then it should be okay.

Certificate printed 13 December and arrived via registered post 17 December. It took 1 month from sending back the declaration for the cert to be printed and posted.

I'm dazed now that it's over. Thanks to everyone on here for your support!
