Additional information : The day of the appointment the child had a scar on their left thumb & index finger which didn't affect anything except for the new digital scanners, an agent had to intervene.
The children don't reside in the UK since 3 years old & 6? months, so living in the UK or not does not affect the timeline as you can see, they also applied for an eTA to enter the UK.

Personal comments : Both the father and brother who went through this process in 2022 were generally very dissapointed with the quality of service TLScontact provided compared to UKVCAS.
Even the HO/UKVI who made a mistake on the POB despite being clarified in the 2nd E-mail.
