We have the same situation. I have completed my 2.5 years spouse visa already with IETLS bands of 7, but I was refused on second extention due to deception was used on my tier4 visa dated back in 2013.
If you are still in the board, could you keep update your situation please.
My spouse visa application was refused in November 2017, loeged my appeal early december and got the hearing date in june 2018.

We received passport and documents after 2 days of BRP. After successful appeal, the visa post decision case worker issue the visa in 4-5 months.simple_rao wrote: ↑Wed Jan 10, 2018 7:00 pmHi Everyone.
I would like to share my experience. My partner submitted LIR application in 2015 as British Citizen Spouse and got refusal in 2016 due to Toeic and FT appeal hearing was in August 2017 on human rights basis. Decision letter of successful appeal received in Sep 2017. Today my lawyer called and gave a good news that he received Settlement Biomatrics card. But Passport and documents not received yet, hopefully that will be receive soon. So, BRP received After 4 to 5 months of successful appeal. Hopefully it will give a hope to people who are suffering and waiting for a good news. We suffer 2 years and finally got. My lawyer was worried about visa and he also discussed with judge. Judge said appeal allowed on human rights basis and its up to home office may give human rights visa of 24 month or ILR. Finally we got ILR. Please keep update this forum when you get your visa because I search for so many days to check the timeline. it help people to calculate there time frame. I will update when I will receive Passport and documents. Wish You good luck.
Hello Jewellondonjewellondon wrote: ↑Sun Apr 12, 2015 10:11 pmHi Everyone,
I got appeal hearing date coming wednesday to the first tier tribunal for spouse visa refusal .Reason was Toeic issue. Anyway i already provided my Toeic awarding body email correspondence and other documents. Please note that, i didn't appeared the exam through agent. Still they refused my visa application for so called proxy test taker. I just wondering is there anyone knows what sort of questions they will going to ask me in tribunal hearing. I did my Toeic exam in a year 2012. It was expired August 2014.
Thanks all.
Hi, many congratulations, I'm sure HO will not go for JR. As I had this experience and JR is expensive and time consuming.waitingindefinitely wrote: ↑Thu Jan 18, 2018 10:31 amGood morning everyone just received an email confirming home offices permission to appeal to upper tribunal has been refused YAYYY however my solicitor is advsing we wait 16 days before chasing issuance of visa in case home office applying for JR , I'm gonna be devasted if they apply for JR
