Thank you Olazh. the home office sent me a small peace of paper to inform the refugee agreement is change to visit some country of Europe without visa that is why the currant rules is that if you want to visit Estonia, Poland,and Republic Ireland then you need to be apply for visa before travel. even in the document page no 30 is showing visa viewer for visit to short visit but now is changed.

i've been reading this forum since i applied for my TD on 20/05/13. so helpful and has kept me calm through this, but today i decided to give them a call and ask about my application process. All the guy asked me was when i applied? when i told him n May he just said "we are still processing for March - April so you just have to wait longer"

no explanation or apologies for the delay, just "you have to wait longer". i wonder if the people processing our applications realise they are affecting our lives at all? or is it just "your lucky to be getting this in the first place so just deal with whatever we bull we throw at you".
At the end of the day i am grateful that i have been given this status but that does mean i'm to just grovel at the mercy of the UKBA, and tolerate their rudeness and sirly demeanour.

STILL WATING

Hello, I am in the same boat with you even I got it td for my self and wife but I have applied for my children in 20 March 2013 same as you. on Friday I received email from my local MP office said that the home office says this is news case and will be dealt with in queue at the time of your application you did not apply for your children that is why you will waiting till end of December 2013.

Today is six months waiting for my td , i pray that i get it soon as i need to travel in december i really did expect it to take such a long time im honestly loosing my head, thanks for this forum it gives me hope all those who applied in april lets just keep our fingers crossed

Here is my story:

Applied for CTD after receiving ILR: 20 April 2013
Fees debited from my account: 22 April 2013
Confirmation letter received: 28 April 2013
CTD: still awaited.

The last time I contacted the Home Office to object that 70 working days were long expired, I was told that they were processing September 2012 applications!!! Reading the latest posts here has given me some hope that I have not got much longer to wait; fingers crossed.

Hey its frustrating i wrote to my mp and he told me he has forwarded my letter to the home secretary. I told him that we also need to go on holidays like anybody else its a human right hope they will do something soon. Its high time they treat us wi th respect not to waitfor over 6 months for a ctd, lets just pray and hope, fingers crosse

CTD: Today got a rejection letter saying that I have not submitted the old Travel Document. What a massive lie; sooo frustrated; dont know how to react.

just wrote to them saying that I have sent it with recorded delivery for god sake. But the receipt doesn't single out the items they have received. I feel so helpless.

Shame on UKBA!!!! We applied in April still didn't get our CTD. May be we need to sign the petition against UKBA or send info about it to Daily Mail or Evening Standard? We must do something!!!

I applied for Me, my wife and son TD

02/04/2013 - sent application my wife's and son's
03/04/2013 - HO received applications
06/04/2013 - confirmation received
22/04/2013 - sent my application
24/04/2013 - HO received application
26/04/2013 - confirmation received
27/09/2013 - my wife and son received TD
02/11/2013 - I did receive letter from HO about my photo for TD. They requared sing proffesional person
06/11/2013 - I sent new photo with sign my solicitor
09/11/2013 - STILL WAITING TD

I thank u guys for this forum it gives me hope, i applied 22/4/13 HO wrote me a letter last week to enrol biometrics which i did on the 5th now waiting and keeping my fingers crossed as i intend to travel 1st week of december. Pliz can somebody help me do they deliver sometime brp and ctd and can one travel without a brp and again any idea how long it takes to process brp,hopefully not long. Lets keep our fingers crossed

Hey we r in the same boat i enrolled my biometrics on the 5th rigjt yestarday was asked to submit my status letter so for now i dont onow when im getting my TD i need to travel on 9 december so im praying that i get it monthend, hopefully they r working on it, lets just keep fingers crossed
