I'm the main applicant and my BRP delivery has also been delayed due to NINo verification. I received my decision letter on 1 December 2018, have been waiting since then. Not sure how long its going to take! I had applied for the priority 10 day service which said my BRP will be with me within 7-10 working days.
Not sure whats causing the delay, since I submitted my existing NINo.
Hi, I'm in the same situation as you. My BRP card was recently stolen with my wallet and I had to apply for a replacement. I have already received the decision letter dated 21st May 2019, but I'm still waiting on my new BRP. The BRP delivery team replied to my inquiry and said there is unfortunately a delay in producing my BRP and that they are waiting on DWP to confirm my NI number.

Would you mind sharing your timeline and any suggestions you might have regarding to this?

Any have any advice, I received my approval letter on the 31st July, it’s now the 25th of August and I’m still waiting for my BRP. I’ve followed the link to escalate but I’ve had some generic response regarding technical issue. Seems like it’s an issue most people are getting. Any suggestions on further actions? This is getting a bit ridiculous now.

I am also struggling to get my partner's BRP, who does not have a National insurance number (NINO).

Here is the timeline Tier 2 extension:

Application date: 13/09/2019
Biometrics taken: 01/11/2019
Approval date: 07/11/2019
1st complaint: 21/11/2019: no reply whatsoever
2nd complaint: 27/11/2019: waiting for a reply.

To date, I have reported twice using https://www.gov.uk/biometric-residence- ... ot-arrived
Should I write to the caseworker or contact HMRC (DWP) re my NINO confirmation?
