Hi

No, I haven`t sent any letter/email. Today I called to them, but I was just told that they have so many applications and that`s way it takes so long. But it`s far too long now. Do you have any email to them where I can write? I will contact MP as well. Thank you very much for your help[/quote]
Try this, from UKBA website:
Complaints about our service or professional conduct
If you want to complain about the services that we provide (or that are provided on our behalf), or if you want to complain about the professional conduct of our staff and contractors, please make your complaint as soon as possible. We will not normally investigate allegations of misconduct more than 3 months after the incident occurred.
What information should you provide?
Please provide as much of the following information as you can:
your name and full contact details;
full details of the complaint (including times, dates and places);
the names or identifying numbers of any UK Border Agency staff or contractors' staff who you have dealt with;
details of any witnesses (if relevant);
copies of letters or papers that are relevant;
travel details and other information (such as your date of birth and your passport/travel document number, if you are an applicant) that are relevant to your complaint; and
any relevant UK Border Agency reference numbers.
Where to send your complaint
If you are a visa applicant and you want to complain about our service or conduct outside the UK, please make your complaint in the country where the incident took place. Select that country in our Country finder, then look under 'Contact us' and 'Complaints'.
In all other cases, please send your complaint to:
UKBACustomerComplaints@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk - we are likely to respond more quickly if you send your complaint by email; or
UKBA Complaints Allocation Hub
Lunar House
Wellesley Road
Croydon
CR9 2BY
Please write to us in English or Welsh.
We cannot respond to correspondence sent to any of these addresses unless they are complaints about our service or conduct.
