does any know for how long this COS request is in the queue ? does it have any expiry?

I looked back at previous months posts and someone actually analyzed the trend and found that the minimum time of COS allocations is 8 working days from the 11th and max is 12 days. I don't know if that answers your question.

Actually i was informed by the HR that they applied for COS in June last week but we still do not have any update from the Home office. I was trying to understand if it can be become more complicated like request expires before allocation. But thanks for the reply.

Did they request any additional information or documents? How many points do you have?

Does anyone know the minimum points for September allocation? Will 50 be too low?

The cut off was 40 in July hence 50 is fine

Hi , i am also waiting for rcos allocation. My employer submitted on 5th Sep and said rcos has been approved but not allocated yet. He recently told me that home office has started working late on allocating rcos so i guess we have to wait till 24th Sep

That's really strange. My lawyer said that there's no report on them reaching the cap this month. So if we don't get it by the 24th does it get rolled over to the following month (so will need to wait until mid oct?)

I understand your frustration. Just try not to stress about it. Let go of whatever it is that's out of your control. If you don't mind me asking, what is your occupation?

We are all waiting. I looked at the thread for March and April 2019 and see that similar situation happened and some people had to wait until the end of the month, or until the following month. The wait is painful, but at least it feels better knowing we are not alone

I think most of us applied on the 5th of September. If I'm not mistaken, people normally get the rcos until about 23/24th of the month and it gets rolled over. Ahh I see, yeah they do need teachers. Keep your hopes up guys. As soon as someone hears, please post

Hi everyone,

I'm in same situation. Actually my company applied RCoS 25th of August and application on SMS portal is under review.
My company has contacted them twice and request them to make it quick but they don't bother.
Now my visa has expired and I applied FLRO on that basis "I'm waiting for CoS"

Not sure what can be done as I'm really worried.

Hi guys,
Just an update from my employer. They chased up with the home office and it appears that they are working through a back log of Rcos approvals and cannot provide a specific time to when it will be approved. Hang in there guys

Hi All, i got the rcos allocated to me on 20 Sep.
I will say if rcos is not allocated till today then kindly chase home office or your employer for the updates.

As far as i know all the cos not allocated this month might get roll over for oct month allocation, but i am not 100 percent sure on this.

All i can say please do not loose hope and be placid no matter happens. It can be exasperating waiting but its all worth it in the end.

My employer received approval for my RCoS this afternoon. Submitted 4th Sep, Shortage, not sure the score.
