They 100% using their power on wrong decisions.they even didnt bothet that i have genuinely invested and got points also they didnt even bother to look at my medical conditions. They even not think that if i am not genuine then why would come to home country i could stay there. Also i refused nhs to look after me as decided to come home so that my family look after me sent all photos of hospital and treatment but they stil refused me. It means what they think inside and what they react on face totaly diff

They could easily find out who is genine and who is not but they dont bother they just set on chair and use their own perceptions.

Could you please explain what you mean by disqualification on it own. You mean there is no issue to keep residential adress for business or run business from home.

The immigration rules have no restrictions on where the address is based or conducted from - the only requirement is that it should not be illegal.

My pap already refused and already sent documents to barrister for uper tribunal.i have pasted my AR and AR result have a look shehzad above plzz

Have you checked my Pap and pap result above shehzad whats your opinion about that? My solicitor based in manchester and barrister outside from manchester.

i have seen your PAP seems Okay but i am not a solicitor but i have seen a PAP of a friend who got visa after 24 months of struggle his lawyer give a lot of reference infact every point he mentioned that court have considered that case previously which is lacking in that PAP there are few ref but not all of them.
again i will say i am not technically qualified but this is what i have feel i ve mentioned

Yes you right but if you see the refusal of pap which seems they didnt even check the whole pap and refused within 5 days.
My solicitor covered all the points one by one but still got refused.
Also they didnt even consider case worker error which he/She done previously as they considered my application as a inital application which wasnt inital

Yes you right i have read this thread and his case is same as me so lets see im already inside of jr process lets i have sent letter to pap department if they still reconsider my case before jr but they didnt reply so lets see
