Long time reader of posts, first time posting. I had the unusual scenario of reaching out in July via the webchat to then receive an email that I hadn't paid the application fee. I was told this wouldn't put me to the back of the queue.
Bravo & Congrats! No, they don't send you to the back of the line if you haven't paid but get it done quickly.
