I have checked for a Biometric letter almost everyday but no sign. I have called the home office who told me to email two email with no reply apart from an automated email telling me to basically wait. I am panicking and losing sleep over this and I have a baby on the way. Can anyone PLEASE let me know if this is odd or if there is anything I can do. I am at my wits end!

HO published online SET(O) online application in error during January 2018. I registered my account as I was due to apply for ILR on 12/02/2018. On 29th January they sent an email explaining that online service was published in error and those who registered before that date can proceed their applications and submit before 19/02/2018. So I applied through the online service because payment process, biometrics, and online application were easy to complete on the same date. That online service was saying that HO will let me know about the outcome of my application within 28 working days. I am waiting since then and haven't heard anything except 2 automatic email reminders. Here is the timeline of my application:
