Hi winnter_summer,

I received a letter from HO saying they want to interview me. It's been almost 2 weeks but there haven't heard from them since. Could you please tell me
- how long you have been waiting to hear about the interview
- how much of notice they have given you
- are you living closer to Bradford? Is that why they asked you to come over there?

I received a letter 16 June . Letter dated was 13 June . Similar letter to what you have received and I am too waiting for the date time and location .

Winter summer of you could let us know how long did you wait that would be helpful.

PAYE and SE on initial and extension but only PAYE on ILR.

Initial application - none
Extension - 2 employments . One employer did a mistake and they amended

Ilr - se and 1 employment - no amendments just late filing of 2014 15 self assessment ( no tax liability though in sales rather hmrc owes me )

Posted application 20/01/16
Received 27/06/16
Application based on full employment
Previous extension based on self employment+ employment
But no tax issue no tax amendments.
Wish and hope those who are still waiting will get positive results very soon.

Hi Both,

I got a letter dated 13/05/2016 inviting for an interview on 24/06/16 (they emailed me a copy of the letter on same day). So I didnt have to wait for a date. I think they need to give you 4 weeks notice.I think they do interviews via a video link anyway. so doesn't matter which office. I live in Newcastle. Now waiting for a decision

That's a bit strange coz I've been keeping a close eye on my emails and nothing received apart from that letter. I actually called the ho today coz I was worried incase something has been sent and I've missed it. But they said nothing has been sent since thn.

How are you? I am glad your wait is over : ) As per your advice i am still waiting and haven't upgraded as don't want to spend another £1200. I have applied on the 1st of Feb so lets see when i will hear back.

did you show self employed income in ILR application?
or in any of five years you not been employed or self employed, mean HMRC don't have you tax history for any year during last 5 years??

Hello all,

Please as any one applied for ILR application and FLR (M) application the same time? Me and my wife visa will expire the same day and am applying for ILR while she apply for FLR (M) but am not sure how to go about this since she is depending on me.

As any one ever send both the ILR and FLR (M) application forms to the same address and if different address what is she going to write about me the husband since my postal application will still be in process.

Any help will really be appreciated
