Panicked as forgot to put in my speeding ticket so sent a letter to them dated 26/1/2018 and an email. Response on the 5/2/18 that they had written to me.
Then this happened

Date of ceremony: 7.3.2018 (seems in the northeast ceremony every 6 weeks)
