Hi,
Any thoughts and suggestions will be so helpful.
I have applied MN1 form for my 3 year old daughter on 10th July 2014 and not received naturalisation approval yet. I have got acknowledgement letter and the money was deducted immediately after submission. Beginning of December we have booked ticket to visit India, but much worried whether the naturalisation will arrive before our travel and will make arrangement with UK passport and Indian visa.
In case if the naturalisation does not arrive before December, is there any way we can apply UK visiting visa applying from UK for my daughter. The current visa of my daughter was expired and not sure whether we will be allowed to return without visa for my daugther while coming back. Please let me know your advise. Many thanks for your time.

Mostly people are getting approvals in 3.5 months time frame and few are waiting more than 5 months.
No idea how UKBA deals with applications.
I applied for my daughter as on 1st Aug and one of my friend applied a week before me still waiting.
Hopefully will get good news by 15th Nov.

this will help if you are father and you are British by descent and your child born abroad and and he is still living there you can register him has British using MN 1 from under section 3.2 then he will be British . hope this will help people coz there is no information for a father who is British descent how to register there child .once your register your child has British you can apply British passport overseas uk embassy . you do not need visa for child thank you all best to everyone may Allah help everyone .

if you in a hurry like I was you can contact you local MP who will write a letter to them and that will push them to process the application quicker. that's what I did otherwise I was looking at 6 months process. theres no point ringing them all they say its in the process they don't know what they talking about. I got my son's certificate on the 23rd of October 2014 I rang them the next day they will still saying its in the process. the help line are a complete joke.

2- if postal could I get some hints from where to find the postal address as it doesn't seems to have on the application form, and payment form?
3- I recently got the ILR approved and have 2 x kids under 5 years, as per guide I can apply as section 1 (3)?
4- how about other sections I understand they are not relevant.
5 - also, little confused about the referees, do I really have to do under 5 years children?

NCS mean you send your application through National Citizen Service these people charge you around £45 and check your application and send it to UKBA. one of the biggest benefit they copy all your passport and Home Office documents attested it and send to UKBA. you can keep your original documents with you.
if you are applying yourself then you have to send your all original documents along with your kids application like passports BRP card etc.

2- if postal could I get some hints from where to find the postal address as it doesn't seems to have on the application form, and payment form?
