Tier 1 General Extension application form

Post by Sahib » Mon Apr 09, 2012 4:45 pm

Hi,

I am filling in Tier1 General extension form, can someone please help to clarify following points?

(Main Applicant)

1- Page 11 - Home office reference no - do i need to give any ref no? can i leave it blank?

2- Page 22 of policy guidance; iii) Letter from the applicant’s (previous and/or present) employer(s) (or in the case of winnings, the relevant warding body) confi rming that he/she has received the exact amount claimed. This is a letter on company headed paper which clearly shows the applicant’s earnings during period claimed, and the date and amount of each payment.

Does my employer need to mention date along with month this money was credited into my account? Dates on pay slips are diffeernt from bank statements, which dates should be mentioned, dates money was credited into my bank account or dates on pay slips?

Dependant (Wife)

1- What to fill in question H1 & H2

2- Questin K5, Is your relationship with the main applicant subsisting? -
Does this question mean we are still in a relationship of husband and wife?

3- K11 Do you intend to stay in the UK beyond the period of leave that the main applicant has been granted - Since she is applying as my dependant so the answer should be NO, am i right?

4- L3 Reference number of the main applicant’s most recent application to us - what to fill in here please

5- After answering qustion N1 & N3, shall i move to section O page 35 ?

Thanks again Raxs,

Your answer on Main Applicant

2 - No, Your payslips will suffice

I am actually missing couople of original pay slips and asking my employer to give me a letter and mention how much they paid me each month along with gorss & net income earned during claiming period.

According to guidance " This is a letter on company headed paper which clearly shows the applicant’s earnings during period claimed, and the date and amount of each payment. "

Does my employer need to mention date along with month this money was credited into my account? Dates on pay slips are diffeernt from bank statements, which dates should be mentioned? Either dates money was credited into my bank account or dates on pay slips

Highlighted would help. Re the payslips dates mismatching with pay day date, the payment date would help. And even if it doesn't, do not worry as people often have mismatches in payslips and payment dates
