Hi,
My company does not provide leave approval letter and any signature or seal

what are the alteratives?,is this document mandatory?

countries I am interested germany and uk

No for both countries? but in india Every consultant/Agnet asking for that

Are they suggesting that only employed people are permitted to visit Germany and then only if they have their employers permission? Nonsense.
