I Hope this is not a stupid question. I happen to be a genuine student, who has fallen victim to the complicated tier based system.

I am currently appealing a tier 4 refusal and i wish to ask if it is possible to vary the current appeal on the grounds that due to the tier 4 refusal, i missed out on an opportunity to apply for the psw visa. If the judge could allow me to apply for the psw, though it is closed.

Your suggestions and contributions will be helpful!
