ILR

Post by gm21 » Sun Apr 15, 2012 2:23 pm

Good day to All!
I have been visiting and reading information from this forum for a while now and since my ILR is due soon so i decided to join. I have couple of quick questions hope the forum members would help me with their experience

I came to this country on student visa. I was issued
HSMP on 29 June 2007 expiring on 25 June 2009
Tier 1(General) on 11 June 2009 expiring on 25 June 2012

If I would' like to go for PEO can I go on 29th May 12 ? (that is 28 days from 25th June when my visa expires or I have to go by My first HSMP approval date and I become eligible on 1st June 2012 (28 days criteria)

Best Regards

Yes, the date range mentioned is within the 15 months prior to your appointment date. Just ensure that you are claiming points for 12 consecutive months with appropriate evidence for each.
